The compound is situated in the countryside, near Piacenza. A group of two-floor buildings with stone and brick façades are placed so as to create a small square. Each building has been divided into apartments on the ground floor with a basement room and first floor apartments with mezzanines under the gable roof.
The buildings are surrounded by a large area of lawn and planted with various species. Along one of the buildings was built a large rectangular pool surrounded by paving slabs of gray gneiss.
