New residential building. The flats, designed to meet the needs of young couples, are mostly one-bedroom flats and are characterized by large windows giving access to the balconies that surround the units.
The façade of the building has been treated with light-colour plaster and, in order to give life to the ground floor and along the stairwell, the plaster, of a darker hue, has been treated with the technique of "rustication".
