The apartment is located in a historic building in the centre of the city.
The subdivision of the apartment has been completely revised, basing on the needs of the owners, a couple with very specific ideas and a very romantic spirit.
From the entrance, which receives light from a window that overlooks a small inside courtyard, you enter the open living area with the kitchen. From this area you get directly to the study which overlooks the courtyard, the guest bathroom and the sleeping area through a corridor.
The sleeping area is divided into bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom.
Throughout the apartment was laid a teak slats old parquet. Only in the guest bathroom and in the small laundry room have been laid recovered cement tiles with a geometric design.
The doors of all the rooms are the existing ones, scoured and left rough applying a protective matte varnish. Overall, each environment is highly characterized by a careful choice of materials, colours of the walls and furniture, some new and some of the owners.
